Dry Bones

Did you know that Denver has hundreds, if not over a thousand young people (between the ages of 12 and 24) who have no home, but still call Denver their home? Riverside Church loves Denver, and all of it’s people, especially those that are less fortunate. That’s why we are partnering with Dry Bones to offer some help and relief as we approach the cold season. You can help these young people by donating sleeping bags and large backpacks. We’ll collect the items each Sunday and Wednesday until Thanksgiving week.

MMA Rally - A Band of Brothers

In 2001, HBO released the 10-hour mini-series based on Stephen E. Ambrose's 1992 non-fiction book of the same title. It is the story of Easy Company of the U.S. Army 101st Airborne Division and their mission in World War II Europe, from Operation Overlord through V-J Day. The series became a smash hit overnight.

While it is very realistic and often crude, critics claimed that it struck a chord with the American male and awakened something buried deep within most men. We believe that men are created for a higher calling. Men are warriors at heart and want to matter in life. When we connect with other men for a larger purpose, we find our greatest fulfillment.

On Saturday, November 11, we want to invite you and your friends to join us at Riverside Church as we share a meal together and explore our natural drive to be a part of a band of brothers.

Mark your calendar and invite a friend!

Pastor Tony
