Lighting of the Tree is a recent Denver event to bring the community and the church together to celebrate Christmas with the lighting of a huge Christmas tree at the corner of I25 and 23rd street. This event gathers the family and singles with 4 large inflatable slides, food trucks, local coffee company and drinks (food and drink are for sale), a live band, horse drawn wagon, petting zoo, gift card drawing for REI gift cards, and a holiday message from the senior pastor of Riverside Church, Dr. Tony Lambert. The event runs from 7-9pm with the lighting of the tree at 8:30pm. There will be over 5000 LED lights on the tree. Join us for a new Denver Christmas Tradition!  This year, Riverside is partnering with the Salvation Army Lambuth Family Center. Support their efforts by bringing a donation of deodorant. Free parking at 2401 Alcott Street.

Registration on this page is not required to attend. Register below for a greater chance to win one of the REI gift card giveaways. When you arrive, you will be asked to register for the giveaways, but all online registrations will also be included (must be present to win).
