Bill Winter

Pastor of Care and Crisis Ministries

Bill began ministry in 1961, as a pulpit supply preacher for 6 weeks, in a small church in the small Kansas town of Udall. He was born in Arkansas City, Kansas in 1942and grew up on a farm in that area.

He received an Associate’s Degree in electronics technology from RCA Institutes of New York City and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Ashland University, Ashland Ohio. He received his Master of Divinity Degree from Ashland Theological Seminary. With the exception of a thesis, Bill completed all of the requirements toward a Master of Theology degree at Fuller Theological Seminary School of World Mission in Pasadena, Calif.
As Pastor of Care and Crisis Ministries Bill focuses on people in crisis situations. He also does jail and prison ministry. He is a law enforcement chaplain and does volunteer work in the area of disaster relief.

Bill and his wife, Sharon, have a son and daughter and four grandchildren.
