Martha (Mardi) Weir
Colorado native, born and raised in Pueblo. Came to Denver in 1977, begin my government career as a clerk with the US Post Office in 1980. Retired after 25 years in 2005 from a fantastic job, absolutely loved it.
Began attending Riverside in 2007, responded to an ad in the church bulletin seeking someone to join the Facility Crew. Came on board in 2008 accepting a position in the Housekeeping area. Our team works together to keep the Riverside complex clean, safe and orderly for our church family, visitors and attendees. I consider it a high calling to serve in the Lord’s house and I feel privileged to do so.
Proud of my Colorado roots, I enjoy mountain getaways, camping, fishing, exploring and sightseeing. My favorite pastimes are travel, reading, listening to old school R&B and soft rock music.
I stay active with my wonderful, endearing family-husband Eddie, my two sons, Paul and Darce, two daughters Desiree and Tammie. I am blessed with eight grand kids, four girls, four boys. Being a grandma is icing on the cake!
